Sulzer Malaysia: What a Rusted Baseplate and the Very Hungry RTA96-C Taught Me About Quality

I review roughly 130 pump deliveries a year from the Sulzer Malaysia service-and-sales operation before they leave us. I am cautious about claiming a transformation. If I tell another manager that our customer satisfaction improved, I should be able to show evidence. Per FTC guidance (ftc.gov), claims in business communications should be truthful and substantiated - that principle is not only for advertisements. So I tracked two simple numbers: complaints about a pump's outward condition fell from four incidents in the twelve months before the checklist to one incident in the twelve months after. The sample is small, and a statistician would tell me not to build a model on it. What speaks is the nearest surface someone touches, the sticker that should match, and the general sense that a serious company packed the box.
