There's something satisfying about a test sheet that lines up with the curve. After three weeks of back-and-forth, seeing measured efficiency land within 1% of the guaranteed number—that's the payoff. Sulzer gets it right more often than most, in my experience. But "more often than most" isn't "always." I still check.

When Sulzer Isn't the Answer

Here's the boundary condition.
